Each session is a safe, supportive space where we explore your challenges, thoughts, and emotions without judgment. We’ll work together to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and find practical ways to create positive change in your life.  This Person-centred mentoring is for you to work out what you want, not what others think you need.

Who do you work with?

I support mothers and parents who are feeling overwhelmed, worn out, or simply a bit lost. Whether you're at the start of your parenting journey, in the thick of family life, or trying to reconnect with who you are — you don’t have to face it on your own. I'm here to offer calm, compassionate support as you find your way forward.

How do I book in a session?

How long is a session?

Sessions typically last 50 minutes, allowing plenty of time to explore your needs at a comfortable pace.

What are the fees for your mentoring services?

Is mentoring the same as therapy or counselling?

No, mentoring focuses on personal development, goal setting, and emotional resilience, while therapy or counselling often addresses mental health issues and deep-seated psychological concerns. My mentoring services are designed to empower you to move forward with confidence and clarity, complementing (but not replacing) therapeutic or medical interventions when needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that schedules can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made within this window will not incur any fees.
