About Purposeful Living
Mission
I believe that parenting is one of the most important roles in the world ~ yet it’s often undervalued, exhausting, and isolating. I support overwhelmed and exhausted parents ~ especially mothers ~ who feel lost in the demands of family life. With a compassionate, person-centered approach, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and challenges with confidence. Through mentoring and guidance, I help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and find balance ~ so you can thrive, not just as a parent, but as a whole person.
My Approach
I believe that every parent’s journey is unique, which is why I take a personalized, compassionate approach to support you in a way that truly fits your needs. Our sessions are a judgment-free space where you can feel heard, gain clarity, and explore new perspectives through open and honest conversations.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice, I focus on practical strategies, reflective exercises, and meaningful discussions tailored to your specific challenges. Together, we work on building your confidence, strengthening your resilience, and finding balance ~ so you can move forward with a greater sense of purpose and well-being, both as a parent and as yourself.
Why I Do This...

Parenting is one of the most important roles in life—yet it’s often the most undervalued. We once raised children in close-knit communities, where support was shared and no parent had to carry the weight alone. But today, many parents feel isolated, overwhelmed, and stretched to their limits, juggling family life without the nurturing village that once surrounded them.
In the digital age, we are more connected than ever, yet many parents feel more disconnected, unseen, and uncertain. Social media paints a picture of effortless, happy families—but it rarely shows the sleepless nights, the self-doubt, the emotional load, or the quiet moments of wondering, Am I doing enough?
I know this because I’ve lived it. As a mum of four, I’ve felt the exhaustion, the guilt, and the pressure to “get it right.” And through my studies in early childhood development, pastoral theology, and years of supporting families, I’ve seen how much parents pour into their children—while rarely receiving the same care and support for themselves.
That’s why I do this. Because parents deserve the same compassion, encouragement, and space to be heard that they so freely give to others. Because I believe that when a parent feels valued, confident, and nurtured, it ripples out into their family, their relationships, and their entire life.
I offer parents a safe, supportive space where they can step away from the noise, be truly heard, and reconnect with themselves—without judgment, pressure, or guilt. You don’t have to do this alone. With the right support, self-care, and a little breathing space, you can find balance, confidence, and even joy in parenting again.
